SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. has incentivized its officers with performance stock units (PSUs) that will be earned based on the company’s financial success compared to its peers over three years, starting from January 2024. Vesting of these PSUs depends on the company’s pre-tax income growth and return on invested capital, with potential adjustments for continued employment among executives. The awards could double if performance exceeds expectations, but also reduce or nullify if targets are not met, ensuring that executive rewards are closely tied to the company’s financial health.
