Sirios Resources Inc. has successfully completed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, securing an additional $380,750, bringing the total raised to $650,000. The funds will primarily support exploration activities at their Cheechoo gold project in Quebec. The offering involved issuing common shares, including flow-through shares, with a four-month holding period and is pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
