Sing Investments & Finance Limited has announced that all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2024, received overwhelming shareholder approval, with each resolution earning above 99% support. Key resolutions included the adoption of financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, approval of directors’ fees, and declaration of a tax-exempt dividend. The re-election of directors Mr. Lee Sze Leong and Mr. Joseph Toh Kian Leong was also confirmed.
