During the Company’s recent virtual Annual Meeting, a significant 74% of outstanding shares were represented, leading to the election of five board members and the approval of two key proposals. Shareholders ratified Rose, Snyder & Jacobs LLP as the independent auditor for the upcoming fiscal year and approved an amendment to increase the number of shares authorized for issuance under the 2021 Plan, demonstrating strong investor confidence and laying the groundwork for future growth.
