Sify Technologies Ltd., an Indian ICT Solutions and Services leader, has announced a rights offering for its shareholders, aimed at expanding its network-centric, Data Center, and Digital Services. The offering will provide current equity shareholders and American Depositary Shares holders with transferable rights to subscribe for additional shares, including an over-subscription right for further purchases. Details concerning the offering’s schedule and pricing will be released following SEC approval of the Registration Statement.
