Shinhan Financial (SHG) has released an update.
Shinhan Financial Group’s Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2023 concluded with the approval of all proposed agendas, including financial statements, the election of eight new independent directors, the appointment of audit committee members, and the setting of director remuneration limits. Additionally, shareholders approved a sizable cash dividend of KRW 525 per common stock, leading to a total annual dividend payout of KRW 1,086.3 billion and a dividend yield of 4.8%.
