Shengli Oil & Gas Pipe Holdings Ltd. has announced the re-designation of Mr. Wei Jun from a non-executive to an executive director role, effective January 2025. Mr. Wei, who holds a significant shareholding in the company, will continue as chairman of the board and a member of the remuneration committee. His new role comes with an annual service fee of HK$900,000, reflecting his extensive experience and responsibilities within the company.
