Shell plc has announced the repurchase of its own shares on May 15, 2024, as part of its ongoing buy-back program, with transactions executed across multiple venues and currencies. These buy-backs are being conducted within the parameters set by regulatory rules and the company’s authority to repurchase shares both on-market and off-market. The program, which was previously disclosed on May 2, 2024, is being independently managed by BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC and complies with the Market Abuse Regulation and UK financial regulations post-Brexit.
