Shell plc has announced the buy-back of its shares on April 22, 2024, with the purpose of cancellation, as part of its pre-existing share repurchase program initiated earlier on February 1, 2024. The transactions were made across various trading venues, with the assistance of Citigroup Global Markets Limited, which is making independent trading decisions until April 26, 2024. The buy-back program is being conducted in compliance with both EU and UK market regulations.
