Shell Plc has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be a hybrid event, allowing shareholders to participate both in-person and virtually, and is seeking their support for the company’s energy transition strategy. The AGM is set for May 21, 2024, at the InterContinental London – The O2, with the option for shareholders to vote in advance or during the meeting. Shareholders are encouraged to stay informed through the ‘Keep up to date with Shell’ section on the company’s website.
