ShaMaran Petroleum Corp., a Canadian oil and gas company focused on the Kurdistan region, has announced the issuance of incentive stock options and restricted share units to its personnel. The company is granting options to purchase 26,540,000 shares and 41,110,000 restricted share units, both priced at CAD$0.05, vesting over three and five years, respectively. This move comes as ShaMaran aims to increase its stake in the strategic Atrush Block within the oil-rich Kurdish territory.
