Severfield Plc has recently bought back 75,935 of its own shares from the market, with prices ranging between 68.12 to 68.60 pence per share, averaging at 68.44 pence. Following the repurchase, the company plans to cancel these shares, thereby reducing the total number of voting rights. The current total number of voting rights in Severfield stands at 309,377,386.
