Seven Group Holdings Limited (SGH) and its subsidiaries have reported an increase in their voting power in Boral Limited, rising from 79.32% to 81.14% following the acquisition of additional shares. This change occurred as a result of acceptances of a takeover offer made by Network Investment Holdings Pty Limited, a member of the SGH Group. The updated shareholding now includes a relevant interest in over 895 million fully paid ordinary shares.
