Boral Limited (AU:BLD) has released an update.
Seven Group Holdings Limited has announced an extension of its off-market takeover offer for all ordinary shares of Boral Limited until 18 April 2024. This move follows the unconditional status of the offer, which is now free of the defeating conditions previously outlined. Seven Group’s subsidiary, Network Investment Holdings Pty Ltd, aims to consolidate its position in Australia’s leading integrated construction materials business.
