Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has announced the buyback of 186,467 shares at a volume-weighted average price range between £1.8100 and £1.8230 per share, with the intention of holding these in treasury. Since the start of the share buyback program on 29 February 2024, the company has repurchased a total of 14,011,324 shares. Post-transaction, the total number of voting rights in Serco Group plc remains at 1,089,534,642 ordinary shares.
