Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 221,683 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held in treasury. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing buyback programme initiated on February 29, 2024, with the company having acquired a total of 12,864,473 shares to date. Post-purchase, Serco’s total number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, stands at 1,090,681,493, all of which carry voting rights.
