Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has purchased 700,000 of its own ordinary shares, with the intention of holding them in treasury. This acquisition is part of a larger share buyback programme initiated on 29 February 2024, which has now reached a total of 12,604,619 shares bought back. Following these transactions, Serco’s total number of shares with voting rights stands at 1,090,941,347.
