Serco Group plc has announced the buyback of 741,288 of its ordinary shares on April 16, 2024, as part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated on February 29, 2024, which has now reached a total of 10,979,619 shares held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company has 1,092,566,347 ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury. Serco Group, a service and outsourcing company, operates across various sectors including defense, healthcare, and transport.
