Sequoia Financial Group Ltd has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholders on June 4, 2024, at their Melbourne office, with an option for shareholders to join via a one-way live video stream. Shareholders are encouraged to attend in person or submit their votes through a proxy form 48 hours before the EGM, as online participants won’t be able to vote or ask questions during the meeting. Technical issues with the stream won’t adjourn the meeting, and all decisions will be made by poll.
