Sensata (ST) has provided an announcement.
Sensata Technologies Holding plc has announced that Brian Roberts, the current Executive Vice President and CFO, has expanded his role to include the responsibilities of the principal accounting officer as of February 26, 2024. Concurrently, Maria G. Freve has stepped down from her position as the Chief Accounting Officer. Roberts, who joined the company in November 2023, will not receive additional compensation for taking on these duties.
