Sendas Distribuidora Sa (ASAI) has released an update.
Sendas Distribuidora S.A.’s Board of Directors recommends approval for several proposals, including a Long-Term Incentive Plan and an Executive Partner Program, set to be deliberated at the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting. The board has also approved the allocation of fiscal year 2023 results according to the company’s financial statements and the investment plan. Furthermore, a proposal for the Global Limit of Company Administrators’ Compensation for the fiscal year 2024 was endorsed, pending approval at the upcoming shareholders’ meeting.
