Sendas Distribuidora S.A. has announced the resubmission of its Remote Voting Instrument for the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2024, to clarify the nomination of an independent board member. Shareholders’ previously submitted votes are invalidated and must be resubmitted by April 23, 2024, through the same service provider to avoid conflicts. The company has provided access to the revised document on its Investor Relations website and the websites of relevant Brazilian regulatory bodies.
