Sendas Distribuidora Sa (ASAI) has released an update.
Sendas Distribuidora S.A., a publicly traded company, has announced the unanimous approval by its Board of Directors for the 9th issuance of simple, unsecured, non-convertible debentures, totaling R$500 million. The funds from this issuance, which are not subject to inflation adjustment, are intended for general corporate purposes including liability management and cash reinforcement. The debentures will have a five-year term with specific conditions outlined in the company’s Indenture.
