SELLAS Life Sciences Group (SLS) has released an update.
SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc. has been warned by Nasdaq for not meeting the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement over the past 30 days. Although there’s no immediate impact on the stock’s trading, the company has 180 days until August 12, 2024, to regain compliance. If the stock price closes at $1.00 or higher for at least 10 consecutive days within this period, the issue will be resolved. Otherwise, SELLAS may be granted extra time to meet the requirement, provided other listing standards are met and they potentially execute a reverse stock split.
