Selina Hospitality PLC has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Osprey International Limited for the transfer of shares in its Australian subsidiary, Selina Holding Australia Pty Ltd. The agreement details the terms for selling the first tranche of shares for a specified consideration, with provisions for an independent valuation to determine the market value of the issued share capital. The sale aims to transfer full legal and beneficial ownership of the shares, free from all encumbrances, to the buyer.
