Seadrill Limited has actively executed its share repurchase program by acquiring 152,900 shares at an average price of $49.93 each, from March 25 to March 29, 2024. This brings the company’s total ownership to 2,970,048 shares, representing 4.01% of its share capital. The repurchase initiative, which aims to buy back up to $250 million of common shares, is part of the company’s effort to enhance shareholder value and will continue until September 30, 2024.
