Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 200,000 of its own shares at a price of 12.3 pence each. The transaction, which took place on April 22, 2024, leaves the company with an issued share capital of 836,160,026 ordinary shares. Shareholders may use this current share capital figure to assess their notification requirements according to the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
