Sayona Mining Ltd has divested its entire stake in Troilus Gold Corp, selling 19.2 million shares at C$0.63 each for a total of approximately A$13.7 million. The proceeds from this sale will support the development of Sayona’s Moblan Lithium Project and enhance operations at North American Lithium. The sale reflects Sayona’s strategic focus on its Quebec lithium assets, following the fruitful acquisition of land near Moblan facilitated by the initial investment in Troilus.
