Santos Limited (AU:STO) has released an update.
Santos Limited has successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting, with shareholders approving all resolutions, including the re-election and election of board directors and the adoption of the remuneration report. The resolutions, which encompassed the re-election of Mr. Keith Spence and Dr. Vanessa Guthrie, the election of Mr. John Lydon and Ms. Vickki McFadden, and the granting of share acquisition rights, were passed with majority votes. A special resolution to renew the proportional takeover provisions for three more years was also carried with overwhelming support.
