Sanmina-Sci Corp. (SANM) has shared an update.
Sanmina Corporation stockholders approved an amendment to increase the number of shares for their 2019 Equity Incentive Plan, introducing an additional 1.2 million shares to offer various forms of stock-based compensation to eligible individuals, including executives, employees, and consultants. The plan, which includes options and restricted stock among other awards, will be active until December 2028. During the 2024 Annual Meeting, stockholders also voted on several key issues, including the election of nine directors, the approval of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent accountants, advisory votes on executive compensation, and the frequency of such compensation votes, with the majority favoring annual reviews.
