Salazar Resources (TSE:SRL) has released an update.
Salazar Resources has expressed approval and optimism regarding Silvercorp Metals Inc.’s proposed acquisition of Adventus Mining Corporation, which is expected to close in the summer of 2024. This transaction is set to fully fund the El Domo – Curipamba project, leading to its construction and commercial operations while ensuring Salazar’s 25% ownership and future cash flows. The deal also promises added capital for new explorations and continued commitment to ESG best practices within the joint venture operations in Ecuador.
