SAGE Therapeutics (SAGE) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
On January 31, 2024, Sage Therapeutics, Inc. held a Special Meeting of stockholders with 81.59% of the voting power represented. Stockholders approved both a one-time stock option exchange program for non-executive employees and a proposal allowing the adjournment of the meeting for further solicitation of votes if needed. No other matters were voted on during the meeting.
