Sabre (SABR) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Sabre Corporation will welcome Elaine Paul, a seasoned finance executive with previous roles at Lyft, Amazon Studios, Hulu, and The Walt Disney Company, to its Board of Directors on February 16, 2024. Paul is set to join various board committees after the Annual Meeting of Stockholders in April. She will receive a compensation package that includes cash retainers and restricted stock units. Concurrently, board members Rachel Gonzalez and Zane Rowe will retire, which will decrease the board size to eleven members. Their retirement is not due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or policies.
