Sabre (SABR) has shared an update.
Sabre Corporation has announced a leadership change, with Gail Mandel set to become the non-executive Chair of the Board at the upcoming Annual Meeting on April 24, 2024. Concurrently, Sean Menke will step down as Executive Chair but will continue as a Special Advisor to the CEO and the Board. Menke’s retirement, which reduces the Board size to ten, is not due to any internal disagreements.
