Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp, also known as SABESP, has informed its shareholders and the market about upcoming administrative proceedings. This includes the receipt of a letter from the State Government of São Paulo calling for a meeting of the Deliberative Council with URAE – 1 Southeast representatives on May 20, 2024. The meeting will discuss drafts of the Concession Agreement, the Deliberative Council’s Internal Regulations, and the Regional Basic Sanitation Plan in compliance with federal law.
