S4 Capital (GB:SFOR) has released an update.
S4 Capital has announced that Paul Roy will retire from his position as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at the upcoming AGM. Sue Prevezer KC is set to take over Roy’s chairmanship, with support from new committee members Miles Young and Colin Day. Executive Chairman Sir Martin Sorrell praised Paul Roy’s significant contributions to the company since its inception.
