Reefton Goldfields Inc. has successfully completed a reverse takeover of First Uranium Resources Ltd., leading to the formation of a newly funded gold exploration entity, RUA GOLD. RUA GOLD is set to debut on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker ‘RUA’ around March 4, 2024, following final regulatory approval, with additional listings in the U.S. and Germany. The company, now focused on gold exploration in New Zealand, prides itself on sustainable and responsible exploration practices.
