Royal Bank Of Canada (TSE:RY) has released an update.
At the Royal Bank of Canada’s annual meeting on April 11, 2024, all 13 director nominees were elected with a majority of over 98% support, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as auditor with 99.65% votes in favor, and a significant majority endorsed the bank’s approach to executive compensation. Several shareholder proposals, including those on clean energy financing and in-person meetings, were either withdrawn or did not pass.
