Rotork Plc has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 98,972 ordinary shares on April 19, 2024, with the intent to cancel them, reflecting a proactive approach to managing their capital. This buyback is part of an ongoing program announced on March 5, 2024, following approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting. The total number of ordinary shares in issue post-settlement will be 859,130,178, as the company continues to adjust its share capital structure.
