Rotork (ROR) (GB:ROR) has released an update.
On May 2, 2024, Rotork PLC executed a share buyback, acquiring 94,233 of its own ordinary shares with the intention to cancel them, as authorized by its shareholders at the annual meeting. This transaction is a part of the ongoing share buyback program announced on March 5, 2024. Since March 21, the company has purchased a total of 2,979,093 shares, and post this latest buyback, Rotork will have 858,301,882 ordinary shares in issue.
