Rotork plc has actively pursued its share buyback program, announcing the acquisition and subsequent cancellation of 27,587 ordinary shares on August 15, 2024. This move comes as part of a broader buyback initiative first declared in March 2024, with the company now having purchased over 9 million shares since the program’s inception. The execution of these transactions leaves Rotork with a total of 852,305,453 ordinary shares in issue.
