Rotork (ROR) (GB:ROR) has released an update.
Rotork PLC, the industrial valve actuator manufacturer, has reported on the progress of its share buyback program, announcing the purchase of 99,766 ordinary shares on April 22, 2024, with the intention of canceling them. This latest acquisition comes as part of a larger initiative that has seen Rotork buy back 2,248,341 shares since March 21, 2024. Following the latest transaction, the company will have a total of 859,032,634 ordinary shares in issue.
