Rotork (ROR) (GB:ROR) has released an update.
Rotork plc has announced the purchase of 13,892 ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, with the intention of canceling the acquired shares. The transaction, part of a program announced earlier on 5 March 2024, saw shares bought at prices ranging from 325.20 to 328.00 pence per share. Following this buyback, Rotork will have a total of 858,197,104 ordinary shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
