Rotork (ROR) (GB:ROR) has released an update.
Rotork plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing an additional 96,472 ordinary shares for cancellation, as part of a broader initiative that was announced on March 5, 2024. The company has been actively buying back shares since March 21, 2024, amounting to a total of 2,344,813 shares to date. The completion of the latest transactions will leave Rotork with 858,936,162 ordinary shares in issue.
