Ross Stores (ROST) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 30, 2024, Ross Stores, Inc. announced Karen Fleming’s promotion to President, Chief Merchandising Officer at dd’s DISCOUNTS, effective April 1, 2024, taking over from Brian Morrow who will become a consultant. Since joining the company in 1999, Fleming has held various roles, most recently as Group Executive Vice President, Merchandising. Her promotion includes an amended employment agreement through March 31, 2028, with a minimum salary of $900,000 plus bonuses, restricted stock award valued at $500,000, and standard senior executive benefits and provisions. The company issued a press release on January 31, 2024, detailing the appointment.
