Rogers Communications Inc. has successfully concluded its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, with all proposed resolutions passed, including the election of director nominees and the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditors. Nearly 98% of Class A Voting shares participated in the decision-making process, resulting in a resounding endorsement of the board’s recommended appointments. Each director nominee received an overwhelming majority of votes in favor of their election, demonstrating solid shareholder confidence.
