Rockwood Strategic plc has announced the issuance of 135,188 new ordinary shares at 232.25 pence each, which will be available on 30 April 2024. Following the issue, the company’s total issued share capital will be 31,729,278 ordinary shares with the same number of voting rights, as there are no treasury shares.
