RLF AgTech Shareholders Vote for Board Shake-up

RLF AgTech Ltd (AU:RLF) has released an update.

At RLF AgTech Ltd’s General Meeting, shareholders overwhelmingly voted to remove Kenneth Hancock from the board, with 45.3% in favor, representing a significant portion of the company’s shares. The exclusion of late votes still resulted in a near majority of 48.2% supporting Hancock’s removal. Chairman Don McLay expressed confidence in the company’s direction and management following the change.
