ReVolve Renewable Power Corp, specializing in renewable energy projects across North America, has awarded 1,140,421 Deferred Share Units (DSUs) to its directors as part of its equity incentive plan. The DSUs, which vest after one year, allow directors to receive either shares or equivalent cash value upon their departure from the board. The company intends to continue this practice quarterly in place of cash compensation.
