Renalytix AI Plc has announced the admission to trading of its First Tranche Placing Shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, effective 30 April 2024. These new shares are fully paid and carry the same rights as the company’s existing Ordinary Shares, including dividends and distribution entitlements post-issue. The offering follows previous announcements and is part of the company’s ongoing growth and expansion strategy in the field of kidney health diagnostics.
